Notarial Services – Scale of Fees
The following scale of fees has been approved by the Council of The Society of Notaries of Victoria Inc. (“The Society”) as benchmark scale for notaries and the public with effect from 1 July 2021.
Victorian notaries are free to set their own fees as the Society does not control fees that notaries may charge.
The items in the scale are listed “With GST”
All Notaries are free to set their own fees. The Society has no control over fees charged.
Attesting a Power of Attorney in private form for use overseas and identifying the donor; and
