Melissa O’Keefe joined Lukaitis Lawyers in 2012. She has since completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Legal and Dispute Studies) with distinction at RMIT University and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Deakin University. Melissa was promoted to Senior Associate in 2020.

Prior to her admission in February 2019, Melissa developed a wide conveyancing and property practice. She has an excellent reputation with her clients and property agents alike, leading to ongoing client referrals.

Melissa has expertise in property law, commercial law, wills and estate planning and administration and estate litigation. Melissa’s approach is practical, attentive and efficient with a focus on keeping her clients well informed and supported throughout their legal matters.

Melissa is a member of Victorian Women Lawyers and the RMIT Industry Advisory Committee for the Associate Degree in Legal Practice.
